Paul Gaskell, Associate Director at The Value Engineers and Associate Partner at Cello PLC

Since joining The Value Engineers in 2010, Paul has focused on market entry and growth projects, helping a wide range of clients including EA, 3M and Samsung develop compelling and customer-focused strategies to evolve new and difficult markets. The growth in digital has driven a key area of focus for Paul’s strategy work as clients seek to develop of compelling multi-channel strategies to win in digital markets.

Paul graduated from Edinburgh with a Masters in Psychology before joining Accenture 12 years ago.  There he worked on strategy projects for a number of the world’s leading blue-chip organisations including Sainsbury’s, Co-Op & B&Q, in each case helping them to develop more profitable customer focused propositions.

Paul is an Associate Director at The Value Engineers and an Associate Partner at their parent company, Cello Group.
